DDG is a privacy wrapper for Bing. Startpage is the equivalent for Google.

Ah checked just now, not working for me. Clearly up and down.

Yeah Bing's having trouble but the two aren't totally in sync. At one point DDG was down while Bing was up, so I dunno what's going on.
