I've got the above error as read by my iCarsoft V2 reader. Started about a month ago, cleared it and it returns after 2-3 (from cold) journeys. I've replaced parts and performed actions as below, still getting the EML on after a few journeys.

1. NoX sensor replaced, likely nothing wrong with it as the error is for o2, but I got blindsided by it being a common issue.
2. Second o2 sensor (post cat) replaced.
3. Changed spark plugs as close to due.
4. Oil and filter change as service nearly due.
5. Checked earth connections and various sensor/ECU connections have been opened, cleaned with Deoxit incase of dirt/corrosion, though nothing obvious found.
6. New battery was fitted about 6 weeks ago as I was getting a 'start engine, check owners manual' with a battery symbol. Stop/start now works correctly, though I'm sure it's nothing to do with the main fault code.
7. A shot of cat cleaner has been added to the tank and a longer motorway journey driven to pull it through.

Car has done 38,000 miles on 2016 plate and is the 184PS 2.0 petrol model, with a 7G automatic gearbox.

All the above fitted by myself, so at least only parts costs so far, but with the MOT and a long trip due soon I'd be grateful of any assistance. smile
