Hopefully this is common to all Canon

When viewing pictures the screen also shows along to top and bottom details on number of camera shots in totla and on the card

and exposure details along the bottom.. I have looked through the on line manual as will as scrolling through all the sections on the camera menu but cannot find how to delete this info,, IF at all possible .If it can be cancelled how do i got about it?

Can't be sure for the 77D, but on my 800D it's done by tapping the 'info' button a couple of times.

You can then flip through them without it showing. Resets on power off though, on mine.
