Double stabbing in Bournemouth with a 17 year old arrested.

Another to add to the statistics, but no doubt it's the fault of the Tories.

Sadiq Khan seems to get blamed for any crime in London so what's the difference?

I'm sure the devastated family of the deceased, enduring a living hell & a life sentence of being deprived of a much loved family member will be pleased with 119 using their catastrophic loss to make the cheapest possible political point.

That's what I was about to say. Surely stabbings only happen in London because of Sadiq Khan? rolleyes

I suppose you are right in it coming across as a political point, primarily because it is quite fitting with the other conscription thread, and the fact many members are over there furiously mashing their gums over something that is almost guaranteed to never, ever happen.

Easy to see how actual facts get buried innit?

.
Strange one

A seventeen year old stabbing two women in the thirties isn't typical of gang violence and unlikely to be family related as it is claimed that the women are local and the alleged attacker is from Lancashire.

Guess we will see what comes out but hardly a great start to the British summer and yet another incident at Bournemouth which used to be a semi-decent large town seaside resort.

Its been years since i have been there but i am still a member of a local facebook page and none of it makes great reading, car crime, shops being robbed etc etc, and now this.

Thankfully i have no reason whatsoever to ever go there again.

We went a few months ago. Seemed a nice place in the main.

De rigeur tt on a surron going at excessive speed amongst pedestrians in a balaclava - but that is now a depressingly familiar sight everywhere.

I wonder if it is a simple as someone telling off an ASBO yob, and that person taking exception.

All speculation of course.

Must admit it is a very unusual set of circumstances and like you said, I suspect it’s someone saying something to the wrong person.

Utter scum.

Don't suppose it's occurred to you that using a tragic murder to have a dig at people who aren't keen on the Tories was beneath contempt. I notice though in the Sunak thread, you're currently asking someone to point out where you have defended the Tories. In short, not only are you not very good at this, you are neither very convincing on your own terms.

Sometimes you need calling out. Cheap behaviour even by your poor standards.

Yes, a most awful situation and sorry to hear of this. It does make one wonder what the connection is or whether it is random from someone with unstable mental condition. We will have to wait and see as the investigation unfolds.

Oh dear… Looks a bit like arresting at random anyone who was nearby and hoping for a result; I do hope they’ll find out what actually happened and the right culprit, must be hell for the families not even knowing why frown
