Cheap until you add the VAT and import duty to bring it onto the EU. And it's lhd if thats ok.....

Looks like a great car, but then it is a Ruf conversion and not a Ruf vin car, this will affect the value.

Considering the car is a 2001 and looks like it was $125k when new......the seller is looking for $125k now, basically he will have lost the cost of converting the car in depreciation. It is difficult to compare US cars to european, but I am sure many 996TT owners would be happy with that level of depreciation on standard UK cars. 0ver a 4 year period it has been closer to $60k+ which has been "enjoyed".

Yes I did mean to put ammounts in $$$ as that is basis of the ad in the classifieds.

then I thought, a low mileage LHD 01 car would be worth £50k here, add £10k max for all the Ruf bits makes £60k = $110k

and that is for a car already in the country

American cars run on higher suspension. hence the gaps in the wheel arches.

Funnily enough I've met one or two very knowledgable people who prefer to run road orientated high powered 996tt on 18 inch rather than 19 inch tyres.
