Can this leather crease be removed?

Evening all,

Looking at an approved Jaguar with just 7k miles on it. General condition is very good, with the exception of the drivers seat base which I noticed unusual wear, turns out it's actually a crease. Very odd. Do you think with some heat it could come out? I guess it's for the dealer to resolve, but just so I know weather it's worth pursing.

Seat generally looks quite worn for the age. Supposedly it's an ex Jag management car so potentially had a lot of different shaped people in and out of it. Disappointing though for the age and mileage. Shame as ticks all the other boxes.

I had an E class like that, it was a wire for the heat or sensor pad or something, it wasn’t visible when new, but appeared over the first year as the foam on top compressed.

Hadn't thought of that. I bet that's what it is, certainly looks like it.

Did you get it resolved?
