What would your "dream" job be?

Voice actor/dub actor. You can make a lot of money if you are lucky (eg voice the Simpsons) but you can stay anonymous.
Be in a band but not the singer - again, you can make a decent amount of money, have a great lifestyle yet be fairly anonymous (could just be me but for my favourite bands I know the lead singers but I could walk past anyone else in the band and not recognise them).

I have three dream jobs, one is attainable now, the other two i should have thought of years ago and i could theoretically be doing them now
Attainable dream job - Full time sim racer, dabbled a wee bit and with some dedicated practice, this is the most attainable of the three right now
Dream job 2: flying a shuttle sea plane round some Islands, could be up in Scotland or some tropical destination but i do like the idea of flying guests to an Island destination.
Dream Job 3: Canadair pilot in mainland Europe fighting wildfires.
Even though i am convinced a full time sim racer is attainable, i am also smart enough to know that in reality it is too late in life for me to try and do it, same goes with the other roles i would class as a dream job

Admiral (or whatever the rank is) in charge of a massive Royal Navy ship.
One of my neighbours is a Vice Admiral and one time captain of the Ark Royal. He's a delightful chap. He writes a small column in our monthly village magazine detailing some of his exploits. I'm among many villagers urging him to turn them into an autobiography. He has led an extraordinary life. Personally, I worked my dream job as a psychotherapist at a rehab hospital. To play a part in enabling individuals to recover and reengage with the world was both rewarding and humbling.
Notwithstanding the fact that we 'failed' far more often than we succeeded.
