WW2 sites between Arnstadt and Nuremberg?

Got a few hours Friday morning to do some sightseeing, heading South from Arnstadt.

I saw the Nuremberg Court and parade grounds already, is there something monumental / historical (nazi leaders residence, zeppelin sites etc) I can head for? I have a car.

Ideally not a concentration camp please.
