Redmi Note 10 Pro - Text Message Problem

I'll keep it short:

The above phone won't send texts to an 03xxxx number (Greatest Hits Radio for anyone interested). There's no cost to send to the number.

If I chuck the SIM in my wfe's phone (also Android thingy) texts send fine to 03xxxx.

Google throws up a few suggestions about the SMS service centre number, but no luck when dabbling with that.

Suggestions anyone? Clearly a phone problem, not a SIM, account or network problem given that it's fine in a different phone.

I could be the RCS messaging getting in the way - have you tried turning that off?

Open the Messages app
Tap your profile picture or icon in the top right
Select Messages settings
Tap RCS chats
Toggle the switch to turn RCS chats on or of

Thanks for the reply but that didn't work. Never mind, it's a first world problem.
