PM function not working

I've just been told that I'm not accepting PMs.

That's news to me because it always used to work and I haven't changed anything. I can't see how to switch PMs back on - can anyone assist please?

PM switch can be found:

Click on your name top right of screen
Click on ‘forum profile’ in the list on the right
Scroll down and there is a box to allow emails from other members.

This assumes you are not on the mobile site.

The box is checked... so I'm not sure what was going on there.

By coincidence a PM from somebody else has just arrived, so it seems to be working now...!
