Windows backup solution like TimeMachine

It's not quite Time Machine but there are programs that will make scheduled images of a Windows drive to a USB drive or a NAS. Macrium is one:

Backup is part of the O/S (Windows 10 and 11) - has been for some time.

I'd fix the connectivity issue in that room, if I am honest. It will open up many options for you.

File History is very similar to Time Machine. Works well.

Full backups can be done using Backup.

No need for 3rd party apps. (Same with a/v - Defender works really well).
