Well Vauxhall dealers have come in for some serious stick on the forum and my experience on times has been less than satisfactory.

To end the week on a good note I would like to say a big thank you to Greens of Rainham for a great service this week. They could not have been more helpful and when I droppped last minute changes to the plans they duly obliged without a hint of a problem.(sorry Brian)

Every thing done as requested and then some and the enhancements....OH Boy!

Arranged for me to pick the car up and drop the MONARO (yes a MONARO!) loan car which I have had all week back out of hours, late on a Friday and my car is probably the cleanest it has been since new (inside and out) and I look after it.

Top job. No vested interest just think the good should be reported as well as the bad.

This world is generally quick to complain and slow the compliment. Its good to hear of the "up" side..


Nice to see decent loan cars to, I've had some crap replacement cars over the years.. Notably a Ford Ka in place of my ST200.....

I'll second that notion about Greens.

Brian got me an enormous discount on a new 04 car, shipped the car in even though it was still subject to a test drive (like I wasn't gonna buy it!! ) and David sewed the deal up.

They were professional and friendly throughout, didn't treat me like a fool ("and this switch Sir is the headlight" "Bugger off!" ) and above all, knowledgeable.

I'd recommend in an instant.

Yep my local dealer where I bought my car gave me a 1.1 Corsa! for a week. Nuff said.

Glad to hear others are having 'good'experiences..not surprised though.

It seems Greens and Picador's (regular good reports and I have had good service there as well)are the places to go.
