Report hit and run

I'm curious to see what others would do...
I was cycling along a few days ago. A car pulled out from a side road in front of me and stopped across my path. I couldn't stop in time and hit the side of the car.
I shouted at the driver. The driver gesticulated at me in the mirror, then drove off.
The collision was fairly low speed, so I wasn't injured, and my bike wasn't damaged. However, the driver involved wouldn't know this as he made no effort to get out and check. I assume his car wasn't damaged, but he didn't wait around long enough for me to check.
So, what would you do - report him for hit & run, or move on? And why?
I do have a witness as the driver behind me stopped to check I was okay.

That will help you decide whether to report it or not.

There was not even a collision here let alone injuries so those saying if there were no damage or injuries the offence is not reportable are clearly wrong. The driver that pulled out in front of you was driving without due care and attention. Even if the only action the police take is to write him a caution letter, he will hopefully be more careful pulling out of junctions.

Report it. In this instance you are fine. Next time around could be different. Driver needs educating before doing further damage in the future.
This.If I had the number plate I'd report the driver.
Every time some prick gets away with something like this they feel emboldened to do it again.

... when a car pulled out of a junction in front of him? The car that pulled out from a junction in front of oncoming traffic would be at fault.
