Microsoft Outlook Bcc query

Set up a group as i wish to send out notices to about 200 members.

Got to inputting 20 and the next one, get a message that he cannot be added to the list

AHHH there must be a limit so set up second group ,and can only input myself as owner as the same message pops up
any reason for this as i understood that Outlook would handle that many ok
Any thoughts as to why, and how to get around the problem?

How odd,
I use Outlook to send out emails to competitors, last bulk email to be fair was last August, but I checked and it went to around 70 BCC addresses without issue.
