Tyres

Hi guys as you prob all know my car is for sale but i would like to replace the front tyres first, i would prefere not to buy new any ideas, iv seen some bridgestones on classifieds but they are a 40 profile,mine are the 18" spiders with 35 profile ,,can i use a 40 tyre. And any suggestions where i can quickly get a couple of tyres cheap as poss.?

Toyo T1Rs are only £106.50 each and Eagle GSD3 £117.30 each from Mytyres.net as % of the potential purchase price not that much to invest plus it show's the new buyer you have looked after it .... even the cheapest new tyres are on £66 each so why risk a 2nd hand tyre

I'm still puzzled as to why you are still having problems selling your car Chris. I know its been for sale for sometime now, and it looks ok. The only thing that I can think of (other than the condition, of which I cant comment, as I havn't seen it) is that yellow is not a colour that everyone wants. Do hope your luck changes.

yea its a fair point , the guy is coming to look tonight but i will just be honest an say it needs two new front tyres , i didnt realise until i was having some new pads fitted this morning
