Any one had any problems with Bigpockets?

Hi,

Ordered a few items off Bigpockets on Thursday lunchtime. They say they normally aim to deliver next day if ordered before 5pm so I expected it Friday/Saturday.

However it still hasn't arrived, emailed them late last night and called them at about 1 o'clock today and the lady I spoke to said she had seen my email and would reply to my email giving me an update, but i've not heard a thing.

I've got an email confirming the order and giving me a reference number but no email saying the goods have been dispatched or giving an estimated delivery date.

Any one else had any problems with them?

Bought a Pioneer DVD writer the other day. Took about 4 days to come with a weekend not helping.

Still not had a reply to my emails.
