AGIP Oil - anyone know any distributors?

Struggling to get AGIP Techsint 5W/40 locally (North East) - anyone know any distributors or overnight delivery outfits?

I know why you are looking for it but don't bother - there are'nt any anywhere!! I wanted to supply the oil for Lambo Manchester to use on the 15k service on the Murcie, and the handbook says agip but its impossible to find. All 3 Lambo service outlets use Esso fully synthetic for the same reason. I supplied them with 4 4 litre cans of it at about £32 each. They would have charged £11 a litre for the same stuff!

Yes you are right - but LHW used AGIP at the last service and I wanted to keep the job right for my top-up's - probably going to have to get some from them!

The ONLY place in the UK that you can buy Agip oil for your supercar is Lamborghini Wycombe, because we are the only ones in the country that have a contract in place to supply it direct from Italy.

It is true that the other 2 service agents use a different oil, but Lamborghini insist on Agip oil, and we fought long and hard to get it.

Thankyou very much - I would love some of this rare elixir for exotic engines! (presumably Italian oil is made from fine pressed virgin oil wells- delivering a distinct flavour and aroma )
