Non appearing ad's!??!

I've placed an advert for my BMW alloys & tyres twice now and yet it doesn't appear on the classifieds under the section I placed it in and the confirmation e-mail I recieved saying the ad was now there (with a link to it) didn't actually contain my ad at all, this has happened twice now.

Any ideas, am I doing something wrong?
