Hello Does anyone know this car and its history? Why car is up for sale when a lot of time and money has been spent on it? Is it too raw for Sunday drives?

Thank you but I don’t have Facebook and can only see a few posts. It doesn’t look very promising because the first post shows the car broke down on the side of a motorway lol.
