I think that you need proper legal advice for that as it sounds a great deal more complex than my issue.

Taking them to court is one thing, but actually getting money out of them is different altogether, I'm afraid!!

The "slightly bigger than one man band" companies dont want CCJ's against their names, so if/when ordered to pay, they 'often' do. (not always, but often). I thought.
