How can I add a picture into the forum

Sorry people I'm in the "buying bug" mode for a 996 and want to know what colour this particular is?..How can I paste a picture into the forum message box?

'Browse' and click on photo on your PC

'host Picture'

then in a few seconds, collect the
*succesfully hosted! link,
and add;
[pic] in front of,
[/pic] behind, and post it in with message
