Thanks to all at the factory for the fantastic level of service, car just continues to make me smile, kids sleeping in their pressies and having had use of the corporate wagon, I have a strange urge to buy a chequered rug to put in the back window of the noble...........:)

I think the wheels need balancing on the Rover, it wobbles between 20 and 99, don't know about 100 plus, I didn't have the nerve in such a powerful well maintained courtesy vehicle

Hi Blot

(No offence factory, all in jest)

I found the Rover 600 to be a great tool for the factory to use, your own car is always going to feel amazing when you get back into it!

Yes, which is probably why Marcos shouldn't have invited me to test drive their TSO GT2 earlier in the summer (see next month's EVO) - after getting out of a Noble only a racer (or something wlll into 6 figues) would seem "interesting"!

Simon

Did you say valued?

One last thing, there is a scratch on the boot, nearside ish, near the lock. Please could this be repaired before my next visit?

I feel self conscious when being tailgated.

I have my pride and very high standards!

Ash, must meet some time before it snows!!

Chuckled when I went to fill up the Rover, up till that point I was convinced I was driving a diesel

It was still better than the hertz rent a corsa/vectra and considerably cheaper.

Can i suggest the boot is filled with a nice picnic hamper in the future.........

Oh and finally, after 31k miles, the noble has a new set of discs all round, nearly went through the windscreen first time I braked
