Depends what you're into. If you like Star Trek, then the Star Trek Experience at the Hilton is great (and a Warp Core breach in Quarks bar s also recomended). If you like Animals then definatly do Seigfried and Roys garden at the Mirage (dolphins, white tigers) and Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay (aquarium). For the best view at night, eat and drink in the VooDoo Lounge at Rio (the bar has a balcony that overlooks the strip some 40 floors up) and try to finsh a witch doctor (a cocktail so big and strong it got me drunk and I didn't finish it). Food wise, the best breakfast buffets are the Mirage, Mandaly Bay and Alladin, Dinner wise try Mikado at the Mirage for TepinYaki, snack wise, the Cheesecake factory in Caears Palace is amazing. Don't forget to catch Sirens at Ti in the evening and the fountains at the Bellagio - at night its the most romantic place in the world.
For shows, the Blue Man Group is a must. The Grand Canyon is a must as well, but do it by Helicopter as a sunset ride for great evening views of the strip.
And if you want a great night out, Nine Fine irishmen at New York New York is superb. It's an Irish bar with great food, waitresses wth stockings poking out of their kilts, good Guiness and a superb band with Irish tunes and an Irish dancer playing till 3am. Also, Theatro in MGM is good with dancers in their underwear. Avoid Coyote Ugly though, as its rubbish.
If you like iMax, the Haunted Castle show in the 3D iMax in Luxor is great. Also visit Freemont street one evening for the classic stuff and CGI shows on a screen that covers the street, 10m wide by 200m long at least!

And visit the Dancing Donkey dealership in the Wynn to see an Enzo.

Vegas is my favortite place in the world. Nice pics Jimothy, I went to most of those places back in May

Couple of pistonhead places to visit:

1. The car museum at the Imperial Palace, about 200 rare cars and every car in there is for sale too!
2. The exotic car show room in Ceasars Palace, Lambo and Ferrarri galore.
3. Carol Shelby factory and showroom.
4. "The Strip", drag strip and spped way.

Wow - a Dolphin with legs!!! They been doing some of that Energetic Engineering???

I'd love to go back to Las Vegas.

Luckily, if you're murdered there, they've got a great CSI team to sort it out

Edited to add: Love the Moonrise (of course); we'll call you Ansel from now on.....

...so there I was, having a couple of 'cold drinks', sitting in a quiet bar and I start getting grief from a grumpy Klingon who's sneaked in behind me! When you're not expecting it, it's really quite bizarre...

Bellagio fountains though; been fortunate to travel quite a bit, they're still one of the most amazing things I've seen.

I hired a Harley V-rod for my 5 day trip. Well worth it!

Dinner at the top of Stratosphere is pretty good and Cheeters is also a nice spot for the lads!

Don't forget to go on the ride in the Nascar Cafe (Sahara Hotel, near the Stratosphere) I think it's 0-60 time is about 2 1/2 seconds. It shoots out the wall of the hotel, does a tight 90 left, then plunges into a hole in the sidewalk, then when it comes out it does a loop-the-loop!
