I know there's a specific forum relating to Cameras/Lasers but I wondered if any of the Nobility had considered or installed the SLD920 Laser Diffuser?

I'm seriously thinking of getting one of these given the (rare) occasion I creep up to 32 in a 30 and wanted opinions/experience from fellow Noble drivers.

I used to have one on the Cerb a few years ago. The heads are a bit big. Like two fag packets. The LRC100 is much smaller and therefore more stealthy to install.

You're are on very thin ice with these legally though. I'd suggest track days and good behaviour on the public highway.

If the boys in blue can't get a reading off your car on more than one occassion, they might come round and pay you a visit. You could end up on a perverting the course on justice charge (apparently).

Umm, I heard they were starting to be 'clever' and use a register to record the number of times a car fails to be read. Never thought they had it in them... :-(

I've heard that too, although I suspect you'd have to be a 'regular' who's getting on their tits for that to happen. Personally I don't tend to travel the same roads very often.

Could be mistaken here, and i'm sure i'll be corrected but;

The only person that I have read about, having car
trailer'd away by plod,
had indeed been a persistent nuiscance,
driving up and down by vans, with apparent impunity, but to no avail.

There is supposedly a database of 'errors'
but how much attention is yet paid to it,

who knows

Be aware of posting anything incriminating on here BTW
