Can anyone suggest a finance broker who can put together something creative for buying a development opportunity, which may require security beyond the asset being purchased?
The borrower is a limited company and the lend required low seven figures.
It’s a buy / refurb / refinance.
Not me, an associate, but the people I’ve used previously have retired and I don’t know who to recommend. Basically needs to be someone experience with more complex deals and who does this sort of thing daily.
