Suggestions for a shed replacement to use for commuting

I have a change in job where I need to drive 60 miles a day for 3 days a week onsite in both A roads and Motorways
My current shed is ok but I have used it for 4 years now and I feel that a change is due
my requirements are that its Petrol, manual, ULEZ compliant and not too underpowered and the budget would be £2,500
