Maybe not. This is in my professional area. There won't be enough natural demand to soak up his selling. It's why the company is trying to diversify revenue streams as a hail mary, I suspect, in case some proper investors can be convinced it's a social media rival to the others (lol). The alternative is a dribble out of his shares over a long period of time, which unless very carefully managed (= small volumes) will keep pushing the price down.
If I had to make a bet, he might get a few tens of millions out. But unlikely to get hundreds of millions.
(I'm assuming no bank will finance his shares on a LTV basis, nor any rational person accept them as collateral for a loan)

I agree. The stock is tanking already and that's with only a small percentage potentially on the market. If those small numbers can't find buyers, who's going to be there to snap up Trump's 80% (iirc) when he tries to offload.
