I have had a GMT 2 for many many years now and have been looking to add to it for years!

Been through Dayatona (bi metal) and Hublot but never really liked either so sold them.

Now been looking at the Bamford Rolex's just wondered on peoples opinions on used values and if they scratch and mark up ?

I know they dont make them anymore and they are an aquired taste!

Apreciate Rolex wont service them.

And Does anyone know of any available in the UK ?

Thanks

No idea on the durability aspect, but Watch Club in one of the Mayfair arcades always used to carry a few

I have a Bamford black deep sea sea dweller which I bought about 4 years ago. It gets worn more than any other of my decent watches and it's still in great condition. I'm generally careful with my watches anyway but it's much more durable than, for example, my stainless Panerai.

Are they PVD or DLC coated?

The latter is a lot more durable AIUI.

Titan Black are another company who were customising Rolex watches similar to Bamford and Pro-Hunter.

I'm not sure they are still in operation, but there are a few of their watches for sale on Ebay and other places.

bazza.
