Esure not willing to renew

They use a new, but very poor software platform.

I suspect they are having teething problems....

I know insurance is always a pain... But my Esure renewal was 50% more than my premium last year. A bit of shopping around and I managed to get a new policy with the AA for almost what I paid last year.

I'd say you're not missing out but I'm a sample of one!
