App / website for getting country wide dealer price?

I seem to remember that there is / was a website or app that allowed you to spec a new car, it then goes off to all the dealers in country and each ‘dealer’ then sends back their best pricing for the car?

Or did I dream this up?

If it does exist, what is it called and has anyone used it recently
