Hi all after hearing Just1's Larini yesterday, this is a must have! I see the larini website sells them for £370 ex vat - that works out at ~ £500 fitted with vat etc.

Anyone got any advice on whether this can be obtained cheaper eg through a dealer who will fit it as well? I am based in Reading but happy to travel.

Thanks

I have seen a couple of post on here about "group Buys" which I understand works out cheaper.. Put me down for one if your are looking at this option..

Hi Shangani, glad to see you got home ok.

Give Chris Amey a call at westovers as my Larini semmed to be less than that price even with the vAT, you may well have to ask them to fit it but it could be worth a shot. He may well put you onto the service centre but mention my name to chris and i am sure he will sort it. (01202 677511).

cheers

Thanks for the tip - you are right - cost is less with vat than direct from Larini ex vat. They will fit it probably week after next. Not the cheapest fit, but they will no doubt do a good job.

Cheers and thanks again for the fun yesterday.

Made for a bit of fun, but worth the download for the hell of it...

(this is me doing it on my S2 a couple of months ago. You won't regret it!).

Hi Shangani
How much do they want for the fit if you don't mind me asking?

Tony - yeh thanks - I had a chuckle looking at that a week or so ago - wish it really was that fast!

Engy - they are charging 2 hours labour - £126 incl vat.

Cheers

Trouble with the cat bolts by any chance?

Thats one of the funniest vids I've seen in a while.

Exactly right

3 bolts. THREE BOLTS is all that I needed to undo! The first...and by far the most accessible...came off in about 2 seconds. Result! The remaining, and by far the most inaccessible, 2; one rounded off, the other sheared off! Doh!

Glad you liked
