Pleased to see a TVR V8 winning at the Goodwood Revival. What a shame to see the present owners of the marque letting the marque slide into modern obscurity.

What a race. Hopefully someone from F1 was watching, they could learn a bit about excitement!

I think Adrian Newey might take something to Aston Martin , since he and his son were in Pole for the start of the race hehe

? That's a video with no apparent sound by Nick J Fuentes about Trump.

The full Race coverage is up for anyone who has missed it.
The charge during the second half by the TVR is impressive, though much credit to the Cobra coming from the back to the lead in the first half.
The commentators speak as though blissfully unaware that the TVR also has a 'powerful American V8'.
Unless the Cobra was the 427 hand grenade they would have been running very similar engines (Ford 289) if original.
Happy to be corrected if anyone knows the exact specs of these two cars.

I’m sure the commentator knows what engines are likely to be in both cars.
It was Tom Ingrams ability to carry speed and turn the car on the back wheels which is why the TVR was so fast.
Maybe the chassis was better too wink
Brilliant driving.
