Any reccomendations ??

It would need to be able to record from a video recorder, but not super top quality (I was hoping for about £100, if that's possible)

I've seem some good spec USB one (Hauppauge etc) but I know there PCMIA ones out there too which I guess would be better

Any help appreciated

WINTV NOVA-T USB

PCM v USB makes no difference.

The advantage with USB being that you can attach it to the desktop as well...

Transfer rate shouldnt by any issue really, its more than thick enough to push FMV anyway.

That doesnt look bad for £38, think the Nova USB is about £100.

Nice and compact too (it's not for me, so the desk top compatibility isn't important)
