Buying a car Saturday - o/s unit stocking finance

Hi all

Buying a car Saturday from an indie dealer but when I ran through a check, all green other than 'unit stocking' finance is outstanding. Screenshot attached

Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Nothing to be concerned about, just means the vehicle is funded for stock, once sold this will be cleared down
