Need to remove a broken bolt

Any suggestions for a company in the general Essex/Suffolk area that can remove a broken bolt in a gearbox case.
Bolt is broken flush and already drilled( slightly off center) in a failed attempt to use a stud extractor.
I think it will need either machining or spark erroding followed by either welding or helicoil

We've used Towler Engineering (based in Clacton) on a couple of occasions - once they came to site and once on parts taken to them.
Excellent results in both cases.
