Wrotham Hill "Roadworks"

I can't find a thread about this, so though I'd ask on here.....

The roadworks on Wrotham Hill seem to also be installing a large number of camera's both over the carriageway & at the edge of the motorway. Are those SPECS cameras overhanging the carriageway????? :eek:

There's been a couple of threads, can't find them now, search is slooooooooooooow today. One in general, one in TVR general.

I think the consensus was that they are SPECS to enforce the 50 limit for the r/works.

Thanks - Have been avoiding it anyway & using Bluebell hill & the M2/A2, but glad I am now !

Appears that the M2 roadworks have finished coastbound. All the signs have gone and they have re-open the exit slip road at junction 2 coastbound. But there are still roadwork london bound and J2 entry slip is still closed.

According to the Highways website the motorway will be fully open on 17th Oct.
