How to Report Motorway Issue - M25

M25.

There a few 'ridges' along a couple of stretches of the M25. What's the best way to report these?

They are really hard on the suspension.

It's the surface has been asphalted over pipes, or the pipes are getting pushed up. They're so proud of the surface, there are cracks at the foot of them.

Would I need to be precise, will a 'between junctions' pointer will do?

Can't really help, other than to say most motorways have a marker every 100 metres. (Blakedale Posts). That would narrow it down.
