October - What will Reeves do?

I appreciate that there are a number of threads running about the Labour Party, but thought it would be nice to share predictions and thoughts on the Budget in October.
What do we know, what do we suspect?
I've heard that the 25% discount for single Council Tax Occupancy will be scrapped, which has annoyed me somewhat, but I suspect there will be worse to come.
