Sorry for what is probably an obvious question.
Is there a time limit for transferring in to a new cash ISA once opened?
I currently have two cash isa’s from previous years. 1 matures on the first October, and the other on the first of November. If I open an ISA and transfer the first balance straight away ( on second of October) can I transfer in the balance from the other on the 2nd november?
TIA!

If it is a fixed rate bond, then usually you can only make deposits in the first few weeks after opening. If it is variable rate, no, but check the t&cs of the ISA you're thinking of opening.jimmy156 said:

Yes, providing the t&cs of the ISA allow it - most variable rate ones that allow transfers will allow any number of transfers.Gassing Station | Finance | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
