Helsinki to Atlanta, 1.5 hour transfer in Copenhagen
Discussion
Anyone done a Europe to US trip recently with a transfer, also in Europe? We're flying with SAS from Helsinki to Atlanta next May, with a 1.5 hour transfer in Copenhagen. We'll both be using Finnish passports + ESTA. The whole trip is on one ticket, premium economy, and we'll have checked baggage. I've already told my brother in the US not to be surprised if we're a day late. What are our chances of making the US leg?
We've done the same trip before (but via AMS or CDG) and I can't remember where we were 'grilled' by US security (TSA?) - either in Helsinki or during the transfer.

We had to answer additional security questions in FRA being the departure airport to the U.S.
We had <1hr between flights and it was fine, even with bus to terminal, transfer to another terminal, etc.
In that case we should be fine with 1.5 hours. Thanks.Travelling on Luxembourgish passports, May 2024
