BTL Remortgage - Broker With No Up Front Fees??
Discussion
I've a couple of BTL mortgages that I need to renew and want to change lender as existing one is too expensive. The current fixed deals end on 30th Nov 2024.
Does anyone know a broker who doesn't charge an up front fee, instead taking their fee from the lender when the deal is done?
Thanks

I'd wait for Rachel Reeves' autumn budget and then decide whether you want to be in the BTL business at all.alscar said:
London and Country mortgages have always been good for me and my children.
There are also a couple of chaps on here that are I believe also well regarded.
I tried L&C, booked an appointment for a one hour slot but they never called me and never heard why. So not bothered with them but thanks. There are also a couple of chaps on here that are I believe also well regarded.

If you wait until 30th oct then you only have Nov to get a new deal in place if changing lenders and that is tight.
Precisely!Feel free to send me your email or forms and I'll complete/return. No fee up front, fee only payable by lender right? :-)

How so? The fixation with fixing is largely driven by people selling the fixes. Edited by Caddyshack on Friday 11th October 22:01
