I want the earth!

Posted thread week or two ago and have had it suggested that my dead dash may be due to faulty earth. Where is the earth point for dash and I assume it is the same as the lights on warning buzzer??!

The "earthing" point is the metal chassis/metal body components. If you connect a spare piece of wire from the earth terminal and ground it on the chassis this will prove if you have a bad earth connection somewhere. One of those £5 voltage current tester's in the cheapy tool shops is well worth getting to test things like this.
