My Favourites have moved

I've just downloaded a bit of music from WinMX.

What has happened though is my favourites folder has now moved to the My Music folder(Windows XP).

It has also appeared to set up a new favourites folder in the Desktop with a shortcut.

Now when I go into Internet Explorer and enter favourites it stores them in the favourites folder in My Music, which I don't want it to.
I can't delete the Favourites folder in My Music as it says it is a windows system folder.

All I want to do is get it out of my music and back to where it should be, but it won't let me move it.

Any ideas.
