After reading a post in an earlier thread, I wondered how many of us have weird jobs?

I'll start the ball rolling with an lift/escalator maintenance man working for Metro in Newcastle.

Not very weird I know, but I still think train stations look weird when theres a gap where an escalator should be.

We could have pistonhead approved workers, is that how the masons started out?

I sell and market Factor VIII which is a highly purified blood protein, the absence of which causes problems with blood clotting. My careers teacher never told me about jobs like that.

I once went out with a banana inspector. He had to look at consignment of bananas on ships to check for diseases and nasty spiders and snakes.
He had a few interesting specimens.

My mate actually has that job! Well he fixes the machine when it breaks down due to not being able to put the walnuts on properly!
