PAYE pay submitting to HMRC

Hello all,

I'm PAYE and we have received some back pay due to pay negotiations. So that I do not get a huge tax bill come April I have been updating my current pay to HMRC via the website to ensure the pay is accurate.

Should this pay include pension contributions I am making or minus the figure?
