Why is there a duplicate of the service booklet, and what happened to the original?

Given that there were 3 previous owners, which owner filled out the duplicate service booklet, and how did they know the previous services?

Thanks for your enquiry. I raised the same questions when I purchased the car but unfortunately there is no definitive answer. I was satisfied that the history in the duplicate service book accurately reflected the condition of the car on purchase and I have had no reason to query the history during my ownership.

Thanks alot for the answer!

Two further questions:
How long did you own the car, and why are you selling such a nice car?

I saw you purchased a new battery in April 2024, and you bought a new battery in August 2023. Is there anything wrong with the car, like it draining electricity?

Did the car have any major bodywork repairs, and did the car have any accidents that it was involved in?

I’ve owned the car since September 2020 with 26000 miles. Little used in past couple of years as I have needed a lot more carrying capacity and now use a Discovery almost exclusively. New auxiliary battery purchased originally but as car has been stored and battery was not on a trickle charger the battery discharged and was again replaced a year later. Now on trickle charger and no further problems. I’m not aware of any untoward electrical discharge problems?

I would be very interested in the car. Could I potentially still come and view the car today? If so, give me a call on 07305994917.

If this is not possible for me to view today, and you did not sell the car at the end of the auction, I would appreciate a call so that i can come and look at the car sometime next week.
