Following on from the successful Dorset Dawdle range of runs, I will be back in the south for a weekend and as Denny has failed to take up my mantle I will have to do the sixth in the series.

The plan is to meet at 10 am on the 9th October 2005 at Upton Park (Poole) for a trundle to the Pulpit Arms at Portland taking in some fantastic Dorset roads. I will post a route early next week but will include some roads done on previous Dawdles and some ones I have found since.

Open to anyone who wants to come along in car, bike or HGV.

[small]If you want to know about the naming sequence search on Dawdle and note the mis-spellings.[/small]

Did you mean to say sex in the title, Bob? You must have it on the brain.

Edited hastly to add: Yep, I'm up for the dawdle.

I'll let you know if I can make it, Bob. Got to check the diary, speak to the management - that sort of thing.

Wiz,
If you can arrange my training on the south coast a week earlier I will do so, however as I found when going down to Pie on the Beach earlier this month a 600 ml round trip with a bit of a blatt is a tad tiring and I am trying to fill a weekend in Poole rather than sit in a hotel or pub.

As promised below the route is here (I hope)

Bob if you need to kill time in Poole keep an eye on the Lotus section, with attention to BOLOC threads.
Weekend and now evening runs.

Bob

'Fraid we wont be able to make this one - Junior should have arrived by then so be up to our ears I suspect and a day out in the car would not go down too well this early into family life

Have fun

Bob, Cant make this one as I will be off to the Heynes Motor museum Charity event which is the same day. Could save Portland for another time and change the route for this one to Heynes? See the thread under TVR general.

Bob,

Just try and stop me! (Seeing as you're finishing in my local )

Might have to bring the Organic Speed Limiter though.

sounds good bob. The last one of yours i went on was 4/5 years ago if i remember correctly. I was in a black astra burning rubber and my father in law was in his noble. it was the first time you`d had either on a run!!

Bob. Sadly I won't be able to make it over this time.

No doubt we'll see you at something PH related before long!

Looks like I'll be dropping out of this I've been bitten by something (no, not Mrs Hotblack), the bite's infected and the Doc's antibiotics have so far not turned my sausages back into fingers

Have a good one.

Jim.
