Snow foam on a hose?

Do you need a pressure washer or do the ones that fit a hose work?

Depends upon what you want it to actually do.

If you want it to remove all the dirt, then pressure washer version for sure.
If you use a decent pre wash first, then use it to get the little bits, then they are okay but a dedicated pump sprayer will be better for the job than a hose sprayer version.
Just my opinion of course

A citrus pre wash in a 5 litre pressure sprayer will do a good job too if you dont want to go down the pressure washer route.
