Amazon Order Confirmation Issues

Never happened before, but always I get an Order Confirmation email as soon as order is placed.

Not today...

Anyone else had this today?

I didn't receive an email for an item I ordered this morning, but this afternoon I've ordered something else and got confirmation straight away.

I ordered and item from Amazon recently, being supplied by a third-party. No confirmation email, but the item arrived in just a couple of days.

There should be a record in your account if you are wanting to confirm the order.

Yep but when it's for work, which this was, I immediately forward the confirmation email to the boss who instantly reimburses me.

I guess you could reorder it to get the email, then cancel it / refuse delivery

You can download an invoice in the orders section. No need to wait for an email.
