V Nice!
(I would perhaps crop tighter on the left to get rid of the scaffolding and dust, but that is really nit-picking!)
The scaffolding is a bit of a mess but having something there completes the very effective diagonal line of the fence.
Maybe clone the fence and paste that in over the scaffolding?
Cracking shot though - took hours to set up and get right I assume?
I think its a strong composition, and well executed, although I think fundamentally its flawed:
There are too many visual elements and colours that draw your eye from the car: Fencing, tyre wall, gravel , grass, adverts, an interesting sky, a building on the left, etc. Its too much for me, which is a shame because these distractions make what could have been a great shot look a bit clumsy. If you had been further to the left of the track and closed in a bit you would have a slightly different but (IMO) stronger image.

sadly I did not have a long time to actually take pics so thinking about every last bit of detail for setting up a hot was not possible.
for me the fence at the right and the lack of ground in front of the car is waht makes the shot weak. however to the layman its an impressive shot and thats what counts
